New York in Brittany

This was on the way home to Paris when Quentin came to pick me up from my yoga retreat. After seeing several road signs like this I just had to make him stop to take a picture. ZI means industrial zone, how cute!

Well ok, maybe I’m dramatizing a bit, but you never know. I must say i’m rather surprised to get sick right after a yoga retreat. Must have opened my chakras a little too wide… This flue has got me doing everything in slow motion, and the heat in Paris is just awful, it must be 40° in my workshop. It’s very hard for me to stick to my planned schedule, the following pictures will speak for themselves.
This is where Capuccino has been hiding for the past few days, waiting for the final alterations before being steam ironed into shape.
Do you feel the heat? See that spot of sun shining in? I simply couldn’t. At least it’s all ready for when it cools down. On friday the temperatures are meant to drop by 10°, awesome!
I’m going to have to cut into it, i’m scared.
Even Kaera is good for nothing in this heat.
Tomorrow I’m having luch with Rime so hopefully i’ll be back with some cool pictures of Paris.
The yoga retreat was amazing, and just as i was starting to impress myself by still standing after all those adhomukha’s, i was brought back to reality with a big flue and very sore wrists. Glad to be home and take a break, but i can’t wait till september for the classes to start again. Here are some pics of my little trip, once more Brittany lived up to my expectations with clear blue skies and lots of sun.
Am almost packed for my five day yoga retreat. I’m a little worried cause the suitcase is quite big and i have to take the metro. The good thing is that i won’t have that problem when i return as Quentin and the kids -all three disguised as two cats and a dog- are picking me up on their way home after their own little holiday in the land of never-ending drizzle.
Welcome to the French Kit diary. Isn’t it funny, just as I make this blog public I go on holiday. A yoga retreat in fact, something to recharge my battery before I undertake to work on the content of my soon-to-be Etsy store. Will be back on 13th August. I really hope i don’t hurt my back as it’s been a little achy these past few days… Until then i leave you with the different menus and their content. I hope you like the layout, and remember to contact me for any query.
